I am an academic, researcher, and published author whose work focuses on digital transformation and the social implications of digital technologies, including AI, across domains such as higher education, small and medium-sized enterprises, the public sector, and ethnic minority communities.
Over the past 18 years, my research and practice have examined how individuals, organisations, and institutions navigate change in complex and uncertain environments, with a particular emphasis on responsible and ethical practice.
Alongside this academic work, I serve as a life transformation coach, bringing intellectual rigour and spiritual depth to questions of purpose, identity, relationships, and personal formation. I support purpose-driven professionals and individuals navigating transitions as they make sense of their calling, work, and inner life across different seasons.
My approach is grounded in the conviction that meaningful transformation—whether personal, relational, or organisational—begins with enquiry and understanding. I help people discern who they were created to be and how to live intentionally as roles, seasons, and assignments change.
